Material Description

These are glossy vinyl stickers. They have a light adhesive which makes them removable. Note that the longer they remain on the wall, the stronger the adhesive usually gets. If applying to a painted wall then removing the sticker could take some paint off. They must be applied on a dry surface between 10°C and room temperature and are waterproof. They are suitable for use between -30 to +90°C. If applying to walls, they must be applied to a very smooth wall. Request a sample if you want to test out on your wall.

Give any instructions and changes you want to give to the designer. If you don't any have artwork, please type all the text you require in your prints (with any specific colour, fonts, positioning).

A note about the proof you will receive

Once you have submitted any files / instructions and paid for your order, we will do the following:

An initial check to make sure we have all the required information. If we have any concerns then we will contact you (by email/phone).
Once you have paid for your order, we put it through our unique Quality and Proofing Process.

It can take 1-2 working days for us to do the initial quality checks and to email you the first proof. However, in the majority of cases, you will probably receive proofs within 1 working day.

Note: For Express Orders, proofs are usually sent the same day as the order. You will be advised a proof approval deadline.

It can take longer than this time if there are issues with the quality or if we have to send out more than one proof. To avoid delays, please respond back quickly to quality/proof emails we send you. If you have not heard anything from us then please check your junk/spam email.

We do quality checks and proofing to ensure that the printing goes as smoothly as possible.

These are the steps we follow
- After you have submitted your business card or any other stationery order we will inspect your designs to ensure they are suitable for print. If we have any concerns with the quality then will get in touch via email.
- Where needed we try to provide free guidance and assistance to improve your designs, so as to achieve good quality print.
- We will email you a proof for all submitted designs giving you peace of mind ensuring that what we will be printing is correct.
- After seeing your email proof, you can request us to make further changes to your design which we can make free of charge. Once we have made the changes you requested, we will email you another proof for you to check. It can take up to a further 1 working day for us to email you another proof to inspect. It may take longer if you email us your changes after 4pm on any working day.
- We will only print once you have emailed us back saying you are happy with the proof that we have emailed you.
- If at any point you are not happy with the emailed proofs then you can cancel the order for a full refund. However, please remember that if you have emailed us confirming that you are happy with the proof, then you cannot make changes or cancel your order as we would have started the printing process.
- No proofs will be emailed to you if you design your business cards using our templates and our online business card design tool (since you can preview the proof online). Your order will go to print after it passes the quality checks which means that you cannot make changes or cancel your order as we would have started the printing process.

We will then email you a Proof for you to check (we will make further changes as you require and keep sending you proofs to check until you are happy). If you decide that you don't want to proceed and have not approved the proof then you can cancel for a full refund.

We make sure the text is readable (not too small) by doing a test print.

If you want to see the test print, then before approving the proof just book an appointment to visit us.

Test prints are done on normal paper and not cut down to size.

Special note for Large format (larger than A3 posters, roller banners, banners or anything else that is bigger than A3 size): These orders are printed using a large format press, which means that they should be read from a distance of a few metres. However, with small text we will test that you can read it close up.

We accept any file, even scans and sketches. We take away the hassle of getting a file print ready.

Use my current design for another Person

We can use your design (even it is a scan or photo) and use it for a new person. If you supply us a photo or scan then we will recreate it so that it prints well.

Try this exercise:
Place your hand over the right part of the logo. How does this look?
Now place your hand over the left part of the logo? How does this look?

As you can see, there is a huge difference in print quality if you have a logo that is nice and sharp, compared to one that isn't.

Make sure my logo prints well

If your logo or other images are low quality our graphic designers will aim to recreate the image or guide you through getting a replacement image (if it is a photo). This is because a poor quality image can make the entire product look bad (even if everything else is nice and clear).

Bleed:: 3mm outside each trim edge

Safe area (sometimes called a Quiet Area):: 3mm inside each trim edge

Colour Scheme:: CMYK (Full Colour)

Ideal Resolution:: 300 dpi

As stipulated, we would prefer your file to be in the CMYK colour scheme. Any files not in CMYK will be converted to CMYK.

Please note that changing a different colour profile (for example, RGB) to CMYK will change the printed colour.
