1. What size booklet would you like?
Choose the finished size. The pictures show the relative sizes.
2. Which way should your A5 booklet open?
Portrait is tall. Landscape is wide.
3. Choose the paper for the inside pages
Click a paper to see what it feels like and when it works best.
4. Need a thicker cover?
A thicker cover gives the booklet a more substantial front and back. You can also use the same paper throughout.
5. How many pages does your booklet have?
Count every page, including the front and back cover. Stapled booklets start at 8 pages and go up in 4s: 8, 12, 16, 20 and so on.

Artwork can look fine on screen but still print badly. Our designers check every order and fix common artwork issues where possible before your proof is sent.

Important:
If you do not understand anything below then do not worry. Place your order and we will check your artwork, make any necessary amendments and send you a free proof before printing.

Artwork pages
Your PDF or Canva design must contain the same number of artwork pages as the booklet page count you select, including the front and back cover.
For example, if you order a 16-page booklet, please supply a 16-page PDF or a 16-page Canva design.
Technical Specifications (don't worry if you don't understand them)
- Bleed:
- 3mm outside each trim edge
- Safe area (sometimes called a Quiet Area):

- CMYK (Full Colour)
- Ideal Resolution:
- 300 dpi
We would prefer your file to be in the CMYK colour scheme. Any files not in CMYK will be converted to CMYK.
Please note that changing a different colour profile (for example, RGB) to CMYK will change the printed colour.
