Order by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for the job to be printed the same day.Missed the deadline? Call us on 0207 117 2844 as we may still be able to do this for you
(people have ordered at 6pm for delivery the same day).
If calling out of hours and you cannot get through then just email us. We will return calls if you call from a UK number but it may take some time.

We make sure the text is readable (not too small) by doing a test print.
If you want to see the test print, then before approving the proof just book an appointment to visit us.
Test prints are done on normal paper and not cut down to size.
Special note for Large format (larger than A3 posters, roller banners, banners or anything else that is bigger than A3 size): These orders are printed using a large format press, which means that they should be read from a distance of a few metres. However, with small text we will test that you can read it close up.
Change/Add/Remove Text, Images & Logos
You can ask us to make any changes (at no extra cost):
- Changing the phone number or any text
- Adding/removing or changing the position or look of your logo
- Changing colours and fonts
- Changing the size of the prints (for example on a business card we can change it from a USA to UK standard size)

Use my current design for another Person
We can use your design (even it is a scan or photo) and use it for a new person. If you supply us a photo or scan then we will recreate it so that it prints well.Try this exercise:
Place your hand over the right part of the logo. How does this look?
Now place your hand over the left part of the logo? How does this look?
As you can see, there is a huge difference in print quality if you have a logo that is nice and sharp, compared to one that isn't.
Make sure my logo prints well
If your logo or other images are low quality our graphic designers will aim to recreate the image or guide you through getting a replacement image (if it is a photo). This is because a poor quality image can make the entire product look bad (even if everything else is nice and clear).

If you need it legible close up then you must let us know by emailing and calling us after placing the order and we can double check this for you.

We will email you a proof of all submitted designs and will only print once you are happy.
You can ask us to make changes to the proofs we send you and we will resend more proofs. This backwards and forwards of proof emails continue until you are happy.
You can cancel at any point until you say you are happy with the proof. We only go to print once you say you are happy with the proof, after which you cannot cancel.

As stipulated, we would prefer your file to be in the CMYK colour scheme. Any files not in CMYK will be converted to CMYK.
Please note that changing a different colour profile (for example, RGB) to CMYK will change the printed colour.
