SimplyPrint Rewards Scheme Terms

These terms apply to the SimplyPrint Rewards scheme (“the Scheme”). By participating in the Scheme, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Scheme is available to eligible SimplyPrint customers. Participation is free and subject to these terms.

2. Earning reward points

Reward points may be earned on eligible orders placed with SimplyPrint. Points are typically added once an order has been dispatched and payment has been received, including for customers with credit accounts.

Delivery charges, VAT, refunded amounts, cancelled orders, and any excluded items do not earn reward points.

3. Bonus points

SimplyPrint may offer bonus point promotions from time to time. Where stated, customers who earn 250 reward points within their first 3 months of joining the Scheme will receive a one-time 250-point bonus.

Bonus points may be removed if qualifying orders are later cancelled or refunded.

4. Reward point expiry

Reward points expire at the end of the calendar year, subject to the timing of the qualifying order.

• Reward points earned from qualifying orders placed before 1 October will expire on 31 December of the same calendar year.
• Reward points earned from qualifying orders placed on or after 1 October will expire on 31 December of the following calendar year.

This is intended to ensure customers placing orders later in the year have a reasonable opportunity to redeem their rewards.

5. Redeeming reward points

Reward points may be redeemed for rewards made available through the Scheme, including discount vouchers and Amazon vouchers.

Redemption options, point thresholds, availability, and expiry may vary and are subject to change. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Voucher use

Unless stated otherwise, vouchers issued under the Scheme:

• can only be used by the customer to whom they are issued
• must be applied by the customer at checkout
• cannot be combined with other offers
• may be subject to expiry dates, which will be shown clearly at the time of issue

Amazon vouchers are issued and governed by Amazon. Any expiry dates or usage conditions for Amazon vouchers are set by Amazon and are outside SimplyPrint's control.

7. Cancellations and refunds

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any reward points earned from that order (including any associated bonus points) may be removed.

8. Changes to the Scheme

SimplyPrint reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme or these terms at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be published on our website.

9. Misuse and abuse

SimplyPrint may suspend or terminate participation in the Scheme if it reasonably believes the Scheme is being abused, manipulated, or used fraudulently, including through the creation of multiple accounts to gain benefits.

10. General

Participation in the Scheme does not create any contractual right beyond these terms. Reward points and vouchers are non-transferable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
