SimplyPrint Rewards – FAQs

This page explains how SimplyPrint Rewards work in plain English. It’s designed to give you a clear overview without jargon or small print.

What is the SimplyPrint Rewards scheme?

SimplyPrint Rewards is our way of saying thank you for your business. You earn points when you place qualifying orders with us, which you can redeem for SimplyPrint discounts or Amazon gift vouchers.

How do I join?

You’re automatically enrolled if you have a SimplyPrint customer account. There’s nothing extra you need to sign up for.

How do I earn reward points?

You earn 1 reward point for every £1 spent, excluding delivery and VAT.

Points are added once your order has been dispatched or completed and payment has been received. This includes customers who pay on account.

Cancelled orders, refunded items, delivery charges, and VAT do not earn reward points.

What can I redeem my points for?

• SimplyPrint discount codes
  250 points = £5 discount
  Discount codes expire within 3 months of issue
• Amazon gift vouchers
  500 points = £5 Amazon voucher
  Amazon vouchers are issued manually by our team after you submit a request

Is there a bonus for new customers?

Yes. If you earn 250 reward points within your first 3 months, we’ll add a one-time bonus of 250 points to your account.

Bonus points can be redeemed in exactly the same way as standard reward points.

Do reward points expire?

Yes. Reward points expire at the end of the calendar year.

• If a qualifying order is placed before 1 October, reward points from that order will expire on 31 December of the same year.
• If a qualifying order is placed on or after 1 October, reward points from that order will expire on 31 December of the following year.

This ensures customers who place orders later in the year still have a reasonable amount of time to redeem their rewards.

Do SimplyPrint discount codes expire?

Yes. SimplyPrint discount codes expire within 3 months of issue. The expiry date will be shown when the code is issued and in your reward history.

Do Amazon gift vouchers expire?

Amazon voucher expiry dates are set by Amazon and will be included when your voucher is issued.

Can reward vouchers be combined with other offers?

Unless stated otherwise:

• reward vouchers can only be used once
• they cannot be combined with other discount codes
• they must be applied by the customer at checkout

Do reward points or vouchers have a cash value?

No. Reward points and vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between customers.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any reward points earned from that order (including related bonus points) may be removed from your account.

Can I unsubscribe from emails and keep my rewards?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Your existing reward points will not be affected.

Can SimplyPrint change the rewards scheme?

Yes. We may update or change the rewards scheme from time to time. Any changes will apply going forward and will be reflected on our website or in your account.
